Exceptional with People
Already holding a Management position, with team management experience
Passionate about leadership and business growth
Credible, competent, and ready to learn, with a willingness for domestic travel and occasional travel beyond this
Specialist in at least one business area such as operations, finance, lean manufacturing, managing change, sales, procurement, marketing, supply chain and/or quality
Excited to make a real impact
Interested in Human Behaviour and how behaviour impacts performance
No formal coaching qualifications? No problem! Extensive training will be provided to help you excel in this role.
