Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager based in the UK to oversee and drive our digital marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE) management, affiliate program management, and feed management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with strong technical skills in managing feeds and a proven track record in affiliate marketing. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as you will be collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors. What will you be doing? Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE) Management: Set up, optimize, and manage CSE campaigns across various platforms. Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI. Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and refine bidding strategies. Ensure product feeds are optimized and up-to-date to maximize visibility. Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue. Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates and partners. Work with affiliates to optimize promotions and negotiate commissions where necessary. Track performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements to boost affiliate effectiveness. Feed Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product feeds for CSEs, affiliates, and other digital platforms. Work closely with product and development teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow. Identify issues within feeds and troubleshoot with appropriate solutions to maintain campaign integrity. Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, eCommerce, design) to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals. Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategy with internal stakeholders. Manage relationships with vendors and third-party platforms, ensuring they meet performance and service expectations. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, campaign performance, and overall ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Develop and present regular reports to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for growth. Budget Management: Plan and manage digital marketing budgets for CSE and affiliate programs. Ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated budgets. Monitor spending and adjust campaigns to maximize profitability. What about you? Ideally you will have the following: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CSE management, affiliate marketing, and feed management. Strong technical skills in managing product feeds, data integration, and optimization. Proficient in Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and CSE management tools. Experience working with affiliate networks and managing partner relationships. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders. Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience in the electronics and/or distribution industry is an added advantage. It would also be impressive if you had the following: Experience with UK and EU affiliate marketing platforms. Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels. Proficiency in feed management platforms like Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor, or similar. Why Join Us?
