Senior PR & Communications Manager,

you will work together with the PR and Comms Director to create and implement a communications strategy for the Village. You will ensure the optimal positioning of the Village in the broader market of the UK, focusing on the communications of the right image and message to the influential press community, luxury industry and internally to staff and partners. This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 4 days a week. What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following: Work with the PR Director to define annual/quarterly/monthly Domestic PR strategies that support the Village’s wider business goals and objectives, always with a 360 approach Ongoing coverage analysis, KPI measurement, tracking and goal setting Ongoing management and ownership of PR & Communications budget Develop and execute innovative PR and Communication awareness and reputational campaigns and tactics to support overall Village sales and footfall targets Maintain effective internal communications of the Village’s PR positioning and ‘voice’ to all departments within the business

To be successful with us, you’ll have: Proven experience in a similar managerial role, within an agency or in-house environment Extensive experience in press, advocacy, PR, and media Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office In-depth knowledge of and affinity for luxury products Solid understanding of retail and retail marketing Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with fashion, beauty, food and lifestyle press, trade media, key influencers, fashion and lifestyle opinion leaders
