BettingJobs are working with an exciting peer to peer betting company looking to launch their UKGC focused sportsbook brand, who are looking to add a Social Media Manager to their team based in London. Responsibilities: Create engaging, on-brand content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (images, videos, stories, reels, carousels). Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive brand interactions with a focus on responsible gaming. Monitor social media trends and create timely, relevant content to capture audience attention. Plan and schedule consistent content, including a monthly calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and promotions. Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine content strategies. Maintain an authentic brand voice and collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment with goals. Support social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition. Adhere to industry regulations, advertising guidelines, and responsible gambling standards. Create and edit videos. Requirements: Experience managing social media for a sports or betting company. Creative mindset with fresh ideas that stand out in a competitive social media landscape. Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including organic content, community management, and platform-specific features. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva). Excellent writing skills with a knack for engaging, humorous copy. Analytical skills to track and optimise social media performance. Knowledge of the gambling industry/social media landscape is a plus; an interest in sports is essential. Strong project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and deliver accurate content.
