Hospitality Assistant

Part-time: Monday to Friday (11:30 am to 3:30 pm) Hourly rate: £11.50 Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences? We are looking for a dedicated Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly Front of House team serving freshly prepared lunches, cakes, etc. in our Blue Café Bar together with delivering lunches to our conference delegates. If you are a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual, have excellent knowledge of food presentation and service, plus good knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety rules, we would love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service in our BCB Café including corporate events. Ensure smooth process on BCB Café during busy lunch hours. Be friendly with good communication skills. Able to cope with varying workloads while remaining calm. Flexible and willing to learn new skills. What We are Looking For: A passion for hospitality and customer service. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience in a hospitality role is a plus, but not required.
