I am currently seeking an experienced Head of Department / Private Client Partner to spearhead my clients thriving Wills and Probate team. The Role As the Head of Department / Private Client Partner, you’ll be responsible for: Leading and managing the Wills and Probate team, driving performance and growth. Handling a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on empathy and understanding during sensitive times. Developing and mentoring team members, fostering their professional growth and success. Contributing to the firm’s business development and marketing efforts to attract new clients and grow the department. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be: A qualified or non-qualified fee earner with over 8-10 years of fee earning experience. You may be a Senior Associate, or current Head of Department/Partner. An excellent communicator with a client-focused approach. A natural leader who can inspire and support a team. Proactive and commercially minded, with a proven track record in business development. Compassionate and professional, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations tactfully.
