Due to expansion and increased work, we are looking for enthusiastic staff to join our Care team. No experience is necessary, as we will provide training and support; however, previous experience will be an advantage. The role of Care Assistant is demanding, requiring you to work independently and as part of a team, achieving positive outcomes for our residents. Candidates must be willing to work to the required standard. The role requires candidates to work 12-hour shifts, either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (nights). Shift patterns are variable, with a minimum of 3 shifts available per week. We are looking to employ very soon, so interviews will be expected to be completed without delay. Job Types:
