Our practice is known for its high-quality, personalised approach, ensuring each patient receives the best possible experience. We strive to exceed expectations at every visit, offering comprehensive services that place patient satisfaction at the forefront. Role Overview:

Full time: 37hrs, covering Mon – Fri, 1 Saturday in 4. As a Patient Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of Devonshire House, guiding patients through their journey with us. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Managing appointments and coordinating schedules Responding to inquiries by phone and email Providing information on our services and treatment options Assisting with patient registration and other administrative tasks Supporting patients with billing and insurance queries Collaborating with our dental team to enhance the patient experience Ensuring the reception area remains clean and organized What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within healthcare Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail Basic computer skills; experience with dental software is a plus (training available) Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Empathy and a patient-focused mindset Fluent in English What We Offer:

Up to £12.00 per hour Full time
