people. Your New Role with Avicenna: You will ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner to enhance the success of the pharmacy by providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities will be: Dispense items into compliance aids or monitored dosage systems, when appropriate. Check that receipt of prescriptions at the medicines counter has been correctly performed and verify stock availability on acceptance of prescription. Provide excellent levels of customer service to all customers to ensure their needs and requirements are met/exceeded. Support the other services as required by the pharmacy and identify opportunities for the Pharmacist Manager, Pharmacist, Relief Pharmacist, or Locum. Clinically check all prescriptions to avoid possible drug interactions. When interaction is identified, make the RP aware so that the prescriber is contacted.
