Registered Care at Home Manager We are seeking a dynamic Registered Care at Home Manager to join our team in Aberdeenshire. Fraser Elite was established in Inverness in 2016, expanding into the Ellon area in 2023. We now have an exciting opportunity, for the right candidate, to join our growing family business. Role Overview: As the Registered Manager, you will focus on growth and fostering effective relationships with both staff and clients. You will play a key role in the strategic development and management of our branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will assist the company directors in expanding services throughout Aberdeenshire, implementing strategic plans for continuous improvement in practice and policy. Key Responsibilities: Bring previous experience in managing a Care at Home service. Provide dynamic leadership to the branch manager and staff, aiming for positive outcomes for all. Contribute to the strategic development, growth and management of the branch. Assist in the development and growth of additional services in Aberdeenshire. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Position Details: Full-time role currently based in Ellon with rotational on-call cover. Initially covers one existing service with plans for expansion. Serve as the Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate. Required Experience: Management of Care at Home Services. Proven history of managing and growing services. Leading a significant team and collaborating with other care professionals. Managing financial matters for a service of this size. Budget management and corrective action as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years management experience in the relevant field. SCQF Level 9 in Care Management. SCQF Level 10 in Care Service Leadership and Management. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. Salary and Benefits: · £35,000-£40,000 dependent on experience · Opportunity for salary increase as viable services grow. · 6 weeks annual leave · Employers pension contribution · Full support will be provided from our Inverness based team.
