Would you like to drive a trendy grocery retail brand to new heights? This food manufacturer has an expanding branded and own label presence in most of the top retailers. Do you want to have full P&L control, decision making power over innovation spend and alongside the owner, lead the strategic direction of a business? You will manage a team of NAMs and continue to grow and develop their branded food range presence in the major multiples and secondary channels. So what's exciting about this role? They are well established and profitable, no turnaround specialist needed here. The team is capable and quite stable but the incoming sales leader will have an additional hire to make in their first 6 months. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a team of NAMs and have strong branded experience in food. Experience of major multiples and other channels would be very advantageous. Excellent salary on offer: £90-120K basic + car + bonus and profit share. Weekly commutes won't be considered at this time. We need someone who can commute daily to North West London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire area ideally.
