As Branch Manager, you will oversee health and safety compliance across people, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring legal and company standards are met. This includes staff training, PPE usage, fire drill familiarity, and maintaining a safe, tidy warehouse and delivery fleet. Your leadership and communication skills will be key in managing the branch team, motivating staff, and providing coaching to help them reach their potential while ensuring the branch operates at its best. Responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, and team development, as well as fostering new practices to enhance efficiency and profitability. You will produce accurate reports to track achievements and plan improvements, follow up on quotes, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
