As a Graduate Surveyor, you’ll support the Surveying and Facilities Management teams while building the foundation for a long-term career in the property industry. Key responsibilities include: Operational Support:

Assist with planned works, service charge budgets, and compliance with regulations to ensure properties are managed proactively. Lease & Occupier Management:

Review leases, manage occupier compliance, and engage with occupiers to improve satisfaction and retention. Financial Management:

Authorise supplier payments, submit funding requests, and assist with arrears strategies in line with client objectives. Sustainability Initiatives:

Work with the Sustainability Team to implement action plans, reduce carbon emissions, and improve resource efficiency. Data & Reporting:

Prepare and present reports for audits, clients, and internal reviews, ensuring systems are updated and compliant with industry standards. Contractor & Supplier Oversight:

Manage contractor performance and support tender processes to achieve best value and efficiency. Emergency Preparedness:

Ensure emergency and site security plans are in place and tested, with support for out-of-hours response as required. Growth Opportunities:

At MAPP, we prioritise growth and development. With a starting salary of

£30,000 - £33,000
