We are looking for a
Senior CBT Therapist
to join our existing team. The successful applicant will hold a clinical caseload providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems as well as supporting a small team of therapists to deliver the service. Responsibilities include:
Adhere to the service referral protocols. Under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary. Carry out case management supervision supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPI’s including session numbers and manage staff utilisation. Carry out mental health duty cover supporting with general queries, clinical report checks and risk escalation. Take part in clinical audits for the team and feed back into case management.
