You’ll become part of a wider business analysis practice, defining and owning the requirements for an initiative from inception to the point it goes live. You’ll facilitate stakeholder workshops; display skills in interviewing, effective questioning, and have the ability to capture valuable output for further analysis. As our

flights Annual pay reviews What you’ll be doing: Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure all parties have a clear idea of what is to be delivered, using sessions like ‘3 Amigos’. Run estimation sessions to understand the effort to deliver any requirements captured. Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts. Work hand in hand with many different internal departments to understand the needs of the business. Collaborate with counterparts in digital product management, design, and software engineering to support the delivery of initiatives that meet operational and financial targets. What you’ll have: Experience working as a business analyst, ideally in an agile environment. Experience using and working with data. Familiarity with an array of backlog management tools. Personable, proactive, and inquisitive with an analytical mind. Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing competing workloads and prioritizing appropriately.
