We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Instrument Engineer, who is also open-minded to new ways of working, to join our Global Instrument Engineering community. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering cutting-edge instrument design packages and developing new technologies within multi-disciplinary projects. The role is likely to include supervising and developing less-experienced team members. This position requires occasional international travel, sometimes at short notice, providing a diverse and enriching professional experience. What You Will Do

Deliver comprehensive instrument design packages for process-technology licensing. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement new process technologies. Engage in international travel for client meetings, software testing, and plant commissioning. Provide leadership and guidance to other team members. Required profile:

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline Proven technical managerial experience Expertise in specifying field instrumentation Proficiency in designing process and safety logic systems Ability to develop robust process-control strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Aptitude for coaching and mentoring team members Open-minded, curious, and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness and ability to travel internationally What Will Put You Ahead

Functional safety appreciation. Knowledge of electrical motors and power-distribution systems. What we offer:
