Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and schedules.
Facilitate communication between project managers, clients, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
Implement best practices in construction management to enhance productivity and safety on site.
Experience
Proven experience in supervising construction projects is essential.
Strong background in managing teams and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this role.
Knowledge on quantity surveying is highly desirable.

Quantity Surveyor Qualification (required)
Work authorisation in the United Kingdom (preferred)
