Responsibilities: Ownership of Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty frameworks Managing of Conduct and Complaints team Adherence to Lloyd's and FCA regulatory requirements Fostering a positive conduct environment Experience: 5+ years' experience working in a relevant Conduct Risk role Experience working in insurance, preferably Lloyd's of London Commercial and pragmatic individual who enjoys building relationships Experience managing teams with direct reports Location:
