You will be one of the first recruiters on our team and will help build the machine for bringing in the top 1% of talent to Tilt.

Specifically, you will own the hiring across product, engineering, data (incl. ML/AI) and operations. It is important you have a proficiency in finding and attracting technical talent. What You'll Do

Attracting, evaluating and hiring top talent in engineering, data and product Developing processes that focus on the top 1% of talent as we scale Discovering and quantifying new talent pools and sourcing channels (incl. internship programs) Work with the co-founders, department leaders and hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements Screening CVs, conducting screening calls and managing the end-to-end interview process Own the Ashby configurations and automate it to streamline hiring Requirements

You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless and no ego problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping. Additionally: Track record as an expert Technical Recruiter in a consumer product led company Experience bringing in elite engineering, data/ML and product talent Data-driven and operationally excellent, must be able to optimize workflows Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate the talent pipelines from the inbound attraction and referrals that we have traditionally used Ability and eagerness to: Apply boolean search & talent mapping Write job requisitions Conduct high volumes of outreach and screening calls Keep close contact with candidates through the interview process Bonus
