Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Global Head of Sales. Maintain and update the master data for the retail team, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with internal marketing and design teams to ensure all assets are prepared and submitted to retailers on time. Monitor retail marketing channels to assist in effective account management. Conduct regular reviews of competitor activity across retailer platforms. Assist with retailer reporting, including sell-in and sell-through analysis. Requirements
Previous experience in an account coordination or junior buying role would be preferable. Incredible organization and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines. Ability to work proactively in a team environment with a global business, working with team members in different timezones. Proactive and a self-starter. Attention to detail skills and strong communication skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A passion for the beauty industry.
