This role involves managing a wide-ranging caseload of general litigation matters under the guidance of experienced directors. Cases may include: Property disputes (easements, covenants, boundary issues) Commercial and construction disputes Contentious trusts and probate Landlord and tenant disputes You will also have opportunities to specialise further within the department over time. Requirements:
