Payroll Officer
who has good knowledge of HMRC regulations on employee expenses and benefits – including the production of P11ds. End to End payroll experience using computerised payroll systems is also essential, ideally using
Civica . The role is within a fast-paced payroll department, part of a supportive team, responsible for providing an effective and professional payroll administration service. Your role as Payroll Officer will involve: Supporting the organisation to deliver a professional payroll service to JRF/JRHT & all its 700 employees. Calculating monthly employee payrolls, ensuring accurate results are achieved within strict specified deadlines. Ensuring Auto Enrolment responsibilities are met and all pension actions are processed in a compliant and timely manner. Verifying, analysing, and paying staff expenses and mileage through the payroll system, ensuring the correct completion of P11ds. A full handover will be given, along with ongoing mentoring, support, and advice.
