Epic Games is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to assist with income tax provision preparation and maintain compliance with all tax laws and regulations and income tax filings. This position will report to the US-based Tax Director but will work closely with the growing international finance team based in London, UK. In this role, you will

Work with the US tax team, international finance, and outsourced tax providers in the preparation of income tax provision and income tax return calculations for quarterly consolidated US GAAP financial statements under ASC 740. Work with the International Finance Team and outsourced tax providers to complete annual company tax provisions in accordance with local GAAP and group sub-consolidated tax provisions in accordance with IFRS. Coordinate tax return compliance for EMEA and APAC entities. Assist US tax team and outsourced tax providers with the review of EMEA, APAC, Canada, and Brazil tax returns prepared by external tax providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations, including preparing and recording provisions to return for both US GAAP and statutory reporting. Assist in the implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize the Company's tax liabilities while maximizing benefits. Conduct research on tax issues and stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings. Collaborate with internal teams under finance controllership, including legal, FP&A, payroll, and accounting, to provide tax advice and support for business initiatives, transactions, and projects. What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years in direct tax, preferably with experience in EMEA and APAC. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field. Expertise in financial reporting deadlines and SOX control documentation. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Team management experience and good knowledge of income tax reporting rules under US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP. Chartered Accountancy qualification or equivalent (preferred but not required). Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) software. Experience with US international tax, transfer pricing, and tax treaties, as well as UK tax and legal financial reporting. Experience of working in different ERP systems (Workday is preferable). Skills in Alteryx, Tableau, and advanced Excel proficiency. EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE
