Alumni Manager

to lead our alumni engagement programme of over 100,000 members. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by connecting and inspiring our alumni community to support the university’s strategic goals. You'll be part of a collaborative, creative and supportive team that values fresh ideas and embraces innovation. With a flexible hybrid working model, you can balance working from home with days at any of our UK campuses in Birmingham, Bristol, Woking, Leeds, London, Manchester or Nottingham. As our Alumni Manager, you will: Shape the Vision : Develop and execute our alumni engagement strategy. Develop our Platforms : Manage and grow our alumni platform (Graduway/Gravyty) and databases to strengthen our network. Deliver Impactful Campaigns : Create newsletters, social media content, and benefits programmes to engage our alumni. Showcase Success : Collaborate with the brand team to feature our alumni in recruitment campaigns and multimedia content. Host Memorable Events : Oversee an inspiring alumni events calendar. Contribute to our Recruitment : Promote sales of our courses and professional development opportunities. Is this you? Degree educated or equivalent sector experience. Proven experience managing alumni programmes, preferably in an education setting. Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills. Strong project management and budgeting expertise. Experience with Graduway/Gravyty or similar platforms would be desirable. Why join us? Along with a salary of £55,750 you will enjoy: We provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days.
