As a result of this we are looking for a Supply Planner to join us to help support the footwear (Nike) and high value areas of the business. Role Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for week 3 – month 24 supply and capacity plans. You will do this using S&OP and other tools to create achievable supply plans whilst working with the process team to maintain master data related to these. In addition, you will use this data to identify capacity bottlenecks in advance and work with the relevant teams within Zotefoams to solve any foreseen issues. Other core responsibilities include: Manage Zotefoams third party production steps where you are responsible for third party operations required for Zotefoams manufacturing process. Where you will also oversee logistics operations and stock management for these third parties and run regular performance/forecast review meetings with the suppliers. Own Planning relevant data in ERP (MS Dynamics) and any other systems used by the Planning function. You will also work with other areas of the business, ensure that data relevant to Zotefoams planning team is maintained and up to date. Finally, you will assist in scoping and testing of Planning related areas for any ERP upgrades or future IT projects. Reporting and by developing reporting tools to assist with continuous improvement within the Zotefoams planning team. Support Footwear BU Own and maintain relationship with Nike WHQ forecasting team and represent Zotefoams at regular catch-up meetings to discuss Nike demand forecast. Check and approve allocations on volume per season with Nike and provide feedback to Nike team on any supply issues which will impact factory partners production schedules. Support the end-to-end supply chain to support Nike business by creating a supply plan for footwear materials and work with other Zotefoams functions to ensure it is met. In addition, you will create rolling 12-month forecasts for raw material suppliers and third-party manufacturing partners. Manage factory partner relationship, shipments, forecast, quality alongside BDM. Be responsible for consulting with Nike factory partners about their material requirements, order status and Zotefoams production schedule. Manage finished goods availability and allocation between factory partners for material shipped per week. Support for high value Zotefoams business Ensure that supply chain is in place to meet forecast demand for HPP business unit. Plan third party manufacturing steps to ensure HPP demand if met on time in full. Update HPP BU team weekly on status of any orders which are delayed or have other issues. Manage safety stocks for high priority grades (Footwear, HPP and High Value Azote). Set and own safety stocks in ERP system and forecast value and volume for each material which will be held in stock. Experience and desirable skills: 3+ Years of working in Supply chain role (or equivalent) Desirably experience of working in a manufacturing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Why Join Us?
