GVR Solutions is currently representing an existing and well-established drylining contractor based in London who are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Drylining team. You will be working on a number of residential and commercial projects. Quantity Surveyor responsibilities: Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction Review project progress and present project data as appropriate Cost Control and reporting Attend project meetings Procurement Final Accounts Assist with larger projects The Quantity Surveyor will: Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or Construction Management degree Have experience in Drylining Surveying experience in the construction industry Excellent oral communication and written skills A good knowledge of Maths Strong attention to detail Confident, articulate, and a critical thinker Ability to work to deadlines Willing to undertake training and development when needed If you are interested in the Quantity Surveyor role in London, please get in touch!
