As part of the existing Professional Services Team, this technical consultancy role is responsible for delivering consultancy services to clients to support them along their integration path with a range of technical products. Key Accountabilities: Provide end-to-end consultancy with Prospects and Clients across a range of Moorepay Technical solutions. Support clients along their Software Delivery Lifecycle as they implement our technologies, managing expectations and providing workarounds where necessary. Act as the bridge between the Technical and the Non-Technical Stakeholder - able to translate complex technical subjects into non-technical language. Support Sales and Account Managers along the Sales funnel, educating and guiding them in accurate quotations and capability descriptions. Gain and maintain excellent knowledge of key Moorepay Microsoft based technology stack you will be responsible for: REST API Azure Cloud Service Technology Configuration / Implementation Azure Portal and Subscriptions Management SSO/2FA Configuration and Implementation Flat File Interfaces developed by Moorepay Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Product Teams for improvements/suggestions across the Moorepay product ecosystem including performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate Change with Internal Teams. Ensure continuous efficiency improvements, creating, maintaining and managing documentation artifacts that minimize re-work and simplify future integrations. Skills & Experience:

An action-oriented and structured professional with previous technical experience in both web and API delivery and support. Background in Customer facing roles. Background of delivery within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent Microsoft Azure Cloud Services configuration and management tools experience. Significant experience working with REST API in a Dev, Test or Consulting environment. Good knowledge of Relational Database (SQL, DB2, Oracle). Broad knowledge of development languages such as .NET, PHP, Python, C, etc. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, able to work with customer and partner developer teams. A logical and structured approach to tasks. Balanced “Voice of the Customer” vs “Progress the Product” mindset. High levels of energy, passion with a “can-do” attitude.
