Your Role in St Andrews
As part of our team, you'll provide exceptional, person-centered care to residents in local nursing homes, focusing on their unique needs and well-being. You'll: Lead and support a team of caregivers, ensuring high standards of care. Deliver holistic care that supports resident's mental, physical, and emotional health. Promote a safe, dignified, and engaging environment for residents. Motivate and mentor colleagues to create a positive working atmosphere.
What You'll Need to Succeed
We're looking for passionate nurses who meet the following criteria: A valid NMC Pin and at least 6 months of experience as an RGN. Moving and Handling experience. The ability to provide two clinical references. A current PVG Check or willingness to update it.
