As a Payroll Transformation Director, you’ll play a key role in driving forward the business growth and strategic direction on payroll related capabilities, go-to-market strategy, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. You will help lead the delivery of Payroll Transformation engagements for complex organisations as well as actively participate in business development activities. You will leverage your HR and payroll technology expertise in leading Digital HR initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency, while ensuring an enhanced people experience. You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their challenging business issues from strategy to execution. In this role you will play a key role in: Act as a strategic leader with in-depth understanding of payroll processes and technology, and focus on compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement. Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for payroll transformation services aligned with the broader Capgemini Invent’s goals. Act as Engagement Director in payroll or wider HR implementations underpinned by SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP HCM, Workday Payroll, Oracle Payroll, or other Cloud solutions. Manage relationships with the clients, external parties and vendors. Lead and coach EX & HR Transformation team members, supporting personal development and driving team growth, fostering a culture that embraces inclusion and diversity. As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc. YOUR PROFILE

Leading HR and Payroll transformations through cloud technologies (SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Workday, and/or Oracle) and tools enabled by AI/RPA and Machine Learning. Leading the development of HR and Payroll service delivery catalogue, service delivery model and strategies articulated through technology deployments. Leading the design of an HR strategy and holistic health check of the HR and Payroll function. Lead the delivery of end-to-end HR Transformation building next gen target operating models for complex organisations including service delivery, process reengineering and organisation design with focus on payroll. Lead the design and deployment employee experience strategy through technology (including Moments that Matter, Personas, Employee Journeys). Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background. Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions. Experience of proposition building and delivery. Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c. £2m of consulting revenues (Director) / c. £4m of consulting revenues (Vice President).
