Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + £6K Car allowance + 26 days holiday + bonus Location: Chester An excellent opportunity for an Engineering/Technical expert with experience working on residential developments to join an award-winning housebuilder in a brand new role for the business where you will have autonomy to make it your own alongside long-term progression. Do you have a Technical or Engineering background with experience working on residential projects? Are you looking to work in a growing business? This award-winning renowned housebuilder has built a reputation for building Quality Homes in and around the North West of England. Despite a tough market, this company has thrived and is currently producing around 400 units annually. They have outlined clear growth plans to achieve by 2027 and therefore are looking to streamline their pre-development process. In this role, you will be full-time office-based in Chester with site visits around the North West tasked with creating comprehensive land assessment packs to support viability evaluations. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating closely with the land department on prospective acquisitions Coordinating surveyors to meet project timelines Preparing pre-planning applications Tracking associated fees to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has good residential engineering knowledge (including drainage, sewage, section 278 agreements) to take on a vital role within a growing housebuilder offering autonomy, variety, and long-term progression. The Ideal Candidate:
