Pre-Development Engineer
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + £6K Car allowance + 26 days holiday + bonus Location: Chester An excellent opportunity for an Engineering/Technical expert with experience working on residential developments to join an award-winning housebuilder in a brand new role for the business where you will have autonomy to make it your own alongside long-term progression. In this role, you will be full-time office-based in Chester with site visits around the North West tasked with creating comprehensive land assessment packs to support viability evaluations. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating closely with the land department on prospective acquisitions Coordinating surveyors to meet project timelines Preparing pre-planning applications Tracking associated fees to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has good residential engineering knowledge (including drainage, sewage, section 278 agreements) to take on a vital role within a growing housebuilder offering autonomy, variety, and long-term progression. The Ideal Candidate:
