We are looking to recruit highly motivated nurses who are passionate about the care of patients to join our well-established critical care team in delivering a 24/7 service at Colchester Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team who are motivated in promoting the delivery of a patient-centred, clinically effective and dynamic service to our patients. Our critical care units form part of the East of England Critical Care Delivery Network and utilises a paperless clinical information system. In this post, you will deliver excellent and individualised clinical care to our patients and their families, and you will be fully supported to achieve this through our comprehensive educational strategy. You will work within a Clinical Specialist team and contribute to activities and projects with the goal of professional and practice development. You must have an understanding of the current health agenda and national guidance which informs critical care practice. About us
