We have a fantastic opportunity for a new Branch Manager in the Stockport area. Basic salary:
£34,445 + bonus (OTE £40k) and company car. We're looking for a great people manager with a personality who is resilient and has a "Can Do" attitude with a hands-on approach to leading and motivating a small team. Passion is all you need; no previous bathroom experience is required as full training will be given. Travel will be required to train for the role, so a full driving license is essential. You will be responsible for the following: Day to day running of a branch in a highly competitive and sales-focused environment Having a hands-on approach to dealing with our traders and customers' enquiries on a daily basis Recruit, train and motivate a small team to achieve targets Driving P&L through sales, margin & cost controls You will be: An experienced manager with enthusiasm, drive and resilience Always putting your customer first, you'll know how to build a thriving business A people person, who will lead by example and love to bring out the best in your team Fun-loving, that likes to work hard & play hard! We already have 52 depots across the North West, Yorkshire, and Midlands area, and are looking for talented people with a can-do attitude to help us continue our growth.
