Head of Residential Collections Strategy
This role is with one of the leading Utilities companies in the UK, seeking an exceptionally gifted and experienced Residential Collections professional. We are specifically looking for someone with a background in Utilities Collections (Electricity, Water, Gas, etc.) from a Household/Residential perspective. Salary:
80 – 95k + bonus + benefits Location:
Midlands This role is Midlands-based and will cover several sites, requiring travel between them. A Midlands-based individual is essential. You will be highly experienced in leading teams that manage the entire debt collection process from cradle to grave. Through leaders, you will oversee teams of Data Scientists, Analysts, Transformation, Change and Project Management, active Customer Collectors, and all support functions required in a highly regulated debt management operation. Your responsibilities will include driving insight and operational improvement, moving the function from reactive to proactive. You will review and develop the long-term debt strategy to ensure it remains at the forefront of the sector and will drive operational performance to deliver optimal cash outcomes through a performance and data-led approach. You will analyze the long-term strategy for Revenue, focusing on understanding the impacts of changes across the wider business and their implications for operational delivery. Identifying risks and opportunities and driving actions to address them, you will collaborate with finance, strategy, service, and transformation to ensure that value mechanics, metrics, and objectives are understood by senior stakeholders while keeping the customer at the heart of the business.
