As Head of Production, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of installations and removals of our modular buildings. Key Responsibilities: As a Head of Production, you’ll oversee the full manufacture and production process, coordinating all production activities and operations within the factory and on site. Manage all aspects of the installation planning process, including executing site visits. You'll be involved in pre-production stage as well as the production and deployment stage. Decide and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate. Set the quality standards always striving to improve processes and standards. Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating with suppliers. Work closely with sales, building great relationships with suppliers, managers, and clients. Ensure a seamless installation and handover process takes place with every client. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed with RAMS provided for all works carried out away from the premises. Liaise with key account and customers and give advice on what is needed to allow for delivery and collections of our temporary accommodation units. Work alongside the General Office Manager to develop protocols and procedures which ensure that Warehouse staff are performing to a high standard. Build supplier and client relationships to enable future growth. Skills and Requirements: A history of working within the modular infrastructure industry. 5+ years of leadership experience in an operational setting. The ability to manage site installation team and plan delivery schedules. Planning and organisation skills to be able to run and monitor the production process. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in engaging and developing a team to achieve company goals and individual development. The ability to act decisively, handle pressure. ICT literacy to deal with various electronic tools provided by the company to assist productivity. Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality and promote “Right First Time.” The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers, and clients. Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget at the right time. The ability to work under pressure, problem solve and multitask. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others, meet deadlines, work in a logical, systematic manner, with a result-driven mentality. Strong organising skills, a methodical approach with close attention to detail and adherence to Company standards and procedure. There will be a requirement to work away from home from time to time in the UK & Europe as and when the planned work dictates this to be carried out. Working Hours:
