Remote/ Hybrid The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination and decommissioning of the TSA service. This includes transitioning to long-term VDI solutions, strategizing the decommissioning or migration of core applications, and supporting technical project managers and architects in decommissioning other TSA services. Key Responsibilities: Support Transition to VDIs: Assist in the transition from laptops to long-term VDI solutions. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition. Document and analyse current processes to identify areas for improvement. Strategic Direction for Core Applications: Develop a strategic plan for the decommissioning or migration of five core applications still managed by vendors. Evaluate the feasibility of moving infrastructure to AWS. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support Decommission Plan: Collaborate with technical project managers and architects to develop and implement decommission plans for all other TSA services. Ensure that all decommissioning activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Skills and Experience: Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify areas for improvement. Project Management: Experience in managing projects, particularly in IT and operations. Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including IT, operations, and senior management. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of VDI solutions, AWS infrastructure, and decommissioning processes. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Prerequisites: Knowledge of Gen AI Integration, Robotics Tooling (Blurprism/ Appian), and Automation tools like Powerplatform.
