Duties:
Workload planning and volume forecasting Manage operation/department to budget Identify and implement productivity and quality improvements Lead site succession/talent development for the site Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site PI matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement Knowledge of health and safety practices Previous and practical experience as a warehouse manager within a busy logistics environment Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices People management and engagement experience Ability to develop colleagues and first line managers Benefits:
