Our client is an established, ambitious family-owned refurbishment and fit-out main contractor based near Feltham. They now have an opportunity for a PM / CM to join their growing team, reporting to the Managing Director.
Over the past few years, they have achieved impressive growth, increasing their turnover from GBP1.5M to GBP5M, and they are on a clear path to reach GBP15M within the next five years. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of experience in the construction sector.
Expertise in fit-out or refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
Ability to programme works.
Contract review experience is desirable.

A trade background is desirable or a qualification in building/construction.
