Candidates MUST hold a Full UK Driving Licence with your own vehicle Job Overview: We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant / Executive Recruiter who has previous recruitment / talent acquisition experience with excellent candidate resourcing, client account management and communication skills. The company works on a retained basis with major players globally within the commodities sector. You will be a proactive resourcer and eventually be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the commodity sector. Duties: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions. Work closely with the team to communicate client requirements and ensure the delivery of top-tier candidates. Identify and secure new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients within the commodity sector. Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategies of the company. Keep up to speed with market trends, competitive activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation. Conduct negotiations with key decision-makers, articulating the value proposition of the recruitment services. Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and services. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market intelligence and customer feedback to aid in the development of service offerings. Utilise CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and client information accurately. Candidate Requirements: Experience and a proven track record of resourcing candidates. Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably within the recruitment or commodity sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients at all levels. Strategic thinker with a persuasive and confident approach to sales activities. Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a drive for results. Ability to work collaboratively with recruitment consultants and other team members to achieve common goals. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel as required. Full UK Driving Licence.
