A bit about the job:
Workforce transformation is an exciting new business area set up to help our CEOs and senior business leaders think about what our Business Strategy means for our organisation of the future.
You need to be able to work end to end starting with the work, developing the business operating model, translating that into skills, capabilities and roles and then considering the workforce transformation needed to get us there.
Working at pace, within this small team, you will need to be happy working one on one with senior leaders, have excellent analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Operating model and organisation design within large and complex organisations
Strong strategic thinking with analytical / modelling and deductive reasoning skills
Commercial acumen, including the ability to articulate the financial impact of business choices
Experience writing Executive level decision papers
Ideally a background in consultancy or Financial Services
What you’ll get for this role:
Salary : National circa £80,000, London circa £95,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
