We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients London-based team. The role focuses on partnering with leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support organisational goals. Responsibilities: Provide strategic HR advice to leaders, supporting workforce planning and talent development. Drive employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making. Support recruitment, learning, and development programs. Lead change management activities and organisational design projects. Collaborate on regional and global HR initiatives. Qualifications: Proven HR Business Partner experience, with strong knowledge of UK employment law. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset and experience using HR data to drive solutions. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable. Experience of HR systems (ADP desirable).
