Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a requirement to be ‘on call’. How this is shared varies based on the home you join.

Within Reach Services is a leading privately owned provider of complex care in the Gloucestershire area. We currently have 6 Ofsted registered children’s homes, 3 CQC registered adult’s homes and are actively growing!

Do I have what it takes to apply?

If you have at least 2 years' experience working in the residential childcare sector since April 2019 and have been either a leader/deputy manager or registered manager, we want to hear from you!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a registered manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards. Our registered managers are commercial and compassionate leaders, able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible. You will have comprehensive support from two deputy managers and our operational and recruitment teams.
