Our experienced and dedicated management & nursing team are supported by a skilled care team that provides effective, person-centred care for those needing specialist dementia and nursing care.
We are looking for care assistants who have experience in delivering evidence-based effective nursing and personal care, are committed to supporting residents who have a range of nursing needs, keeping them safe, treating them with kindness and respect whilst showing compassion.

As a recognised specialist in Dementia, you will follow the residents care plan and implement daily activities to promote wellness and ensure our residents live their lives to the full. You will be supported through regular supervision, clinical experienced peers and work in a progressive environment. Shift times: Full time permanent 36-hour week 12-hour shift available over 3 days per week Requirements: You will have a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people.
