What Are We Looking For? We are seeking

Mental Health Support Workers

to join our team to support our patients in their homes. As part of a small team, you will: Provide

day-to-day support

for patients in their home environment. Assist with daily living tasks such as cleaning, meaningful activities, and mental health support. Encourage and promote

independence

in daily activities. Monitor patients’

mental and physical health , reporting any concerns to senior team members. Follow

care plans

and

risk assessments , ensuring all records are up to date. Support patients in accessing their local community and participating in local activities. Always promote

dignity and respect

in your care. Support patients with

medication compliance

and provide assistance during times of crisis, where appropriate. Our roles are ideal for those looking for a

flexible work schedule . Shifts can range from

2.5 hours

to

full 24-hour live-in care , depending on your availability. We work with a wide range of

mental health conditions , but we do not provide personal or domiciliary care. Our focus is on providing

psychiatric

and
