Support Vigilant lead HFI specialist in the conduct of human factors activities and integration of HF into the TRINITY design. Conduct analyses such as hierarchical task analysis, allocation of function, and usability assessments. Work with end user groups and HF stakeholders in workshops, trials, and User-Centred Design activities. Assess prototypes/mock-ups of TRINITY hardware and software solutions. Produce reports and input to customer deliverables. Skills Required
As a minimum, this role requires you to have: A recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or Psychology. At least five years' experience of applying Human Factors methods in defence or safety-critical industry. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team on complex system integration and development projects. Preferably registered membership of the Chartered Institute of Human Factors (or eligibility for CIEHF Chartership via an equivalent body). This can include graduate membership. Security Clearance:
