You will play a pivotal role in analyzing current HR processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of a modern HR system. Partnering with stakeholders across HR, IT, and third-party vendors, you’ll facilitate alignment between business needs and system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements. Analyze current procurement, HR processes and identify areas for improvement or automation. Liaise with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement system solutions. Ensure the system aligns with compliance, organizational, and data integrity standards. Support training, change management, and post-implementation activities. Key Qualifications: Experience in business analysis, preferably within the energy sectors. Familiarity with HRIS, HRMS, or HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
