Professionally handling incoming telephone calls Addressing customer inquiries and resolving queries Logging service jobs into the system and following up as necessary Responding to emails from customers and colleagues Providing customers with updates on the progress of service jobs Collaborating with colleagues to maintain acceptable service levels for customers Creating and managing orders Collecting and inputting data for service reports using Excel Qualifications
Numerate and literate, with GCSE passes in Mathematics and English Language preferred Knowledge / Experience
Experience in customer service Proficient in PC use, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Enthusiastic and responsible Strong interpersonal skills and a common-sense approach Exceptional attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Ability to work effectively under pressure
