This is a contract (6 months but could be extended to 12). We are seeking a

Business Analyst

to join our

Business Transformation team

during an exciting period of change. As a Business Analyst at Apogee, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business by identifying opportunities for improvement, providing data-driven insights, and collaborating across teams to deliver business solutions that align with our strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for driving business transformation through data analysis, process mapping, and system integration. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and gather detailed requirements. Business Process Mapping and Improvement:

Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Provide insights from data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Solution Design and Recommendations:

Design and recommend business solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

Build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management Support:

Assist with project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Testing and Quality Assurance:

Support the testing and quality assurance of solutions. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing:

Contribute to ongoing improvements and share knowledge with the team. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week).
