What You’ll Bring: Cantium Business Solutions are looking for a strong analytical and conceptual thinker to take responsibility for managing the lifecycle of all IT assets within the organisation including hardware, software, licenses and other technology related resources. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to be able to deliver support across the full lifecycle of assets and ensure comprehensive, accurate and clear record-keeping. What You’ll Achieve: As Asset Management Analyst you will: Manage procurement, inventory, and reconciliation of hardware, peripherals, software services, and licenses to ensure adequate stock levels and compliance Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including software licenses, warranties, support agreements, and vendor contracts, while adhering to policies and procedures Prepare regular and ad hoc reports from Asset Registers to support ITAM governance activities and track asset status Oversee the full lifecycle of software and hardware assets, including provisioning, decommissioning, compliance tracking, and disposal in line with contractual and regulatory standards Conduct audits, develop strategies for continual service improvement, and ensure the integrity and compliance of the IT asset portfolio, including software utilization and renewals What we Offer: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays Access to a generous discount scheme, including retail and gym memberships Life assurance coverage Health cash plan initiative Companywide events What We Require: Proven ServiceNow experience is essential A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a service desk role or demonstrable asset management experience Confident carrying out data analysis Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Competency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project
