We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the technical team in Coventry. We need a knowledgeable, skilled and experienced Engineer for this internal role, who has the experience of working in a busy technical helpdesk. About You:
You will be a self-motivated engineer with a track record of being able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a large client base. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities: Check through the day and log calls in the Support Mailbox. Check Nagios – reporting anything. Setup New Starter Accounts. Process Leaver Accounts. HP Laptop / Desktop Orders including Accessories. User Printer Setups. Laptop / Desktop Build. Application Installs. Desktop/End user break fix support. Technical Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Core Stack Desktop & Server solutions across the Microsoft stack Cisco Active Directory Windows 10 Office 365 VEEAM Seniority Level:
