Leadership : Support the Home Manager in leading and motivating the nursing and care team. Clinical Oversight : Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, monitoring compliance with regulations. Staff Management : Oversee training, development, and performance of nursing staff. Care Planning : Assist in creating and reviewing personalized care plans for residents. Quality Assurance : Conduct audits, monitor care delivery, and implement improvements. Resident Support : Build relationships with residents and families, addressing concerns compassionately. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to CQC standards and other regulatory requirements. Emergency Management : Act as a key decision-maker during critical situations. Administrative Tasks : Assist with rota management, reporting, and policy updates. Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. What we’re looking for:
You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse. 6+ months Charge Nurse experience. You must have a valid NMC registration.
